The Role
We are Aftersell by Rokt, a hyper-growth Shopify ecommerce leader.

Aftersell by Rokt enables SMB companies to unlock real-time relevancy in the moment that matters most, when customers are buying. Together, our AI and ML-powered Rokt Brain and ecommerce Rokt Network will power more than 6.5 billion transactions connecting 400 million customers across the world’s leading companies. In January 2025, Rokt’s valuation increased to $3.5 billion USD, allowing us to expand rapidly. In February 2024, Aftersell was acquired by Rokt.

We are looking for a Technology Partnerships Lead

Target total compensation ranges from $225,000-$305,000, including a fixed annual salary of $138,000-$180,000, a target variable of $40,000-50,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

We’re looking for a Technology Partnerships Lead to grow our ecosystem of technology and platform partners (such as Shopify and key apps in the DTC stack), as well as generate pipeline through strategic partnerships, referral programs, and co-marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Sales at Aftersell by Rokt, this is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, and sales.

About the role: 

  • Drive pipeline from tech and platform partners through referral initiatives and joint GTM execution.
  • Own partner relationships, from onboarding to enablement, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with our partners, including webinars, partner spotlights, newsletters, and Shopify events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Merchant Success to ensure alignment on partner priorities, campaign messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Structure win-win deals with partner companies that accelerate mutual growth.
  • Represent Aftersell in the Shopify and eCommerce ecosystem—building credibility and visibility in the partner landscape.

Requirements

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, growth, or marketing roles—ideally in SaaS or eCommerce.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through partner relationships and referral programs.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or DTC tools like Klaviyo, Gorgias, or ReCharge.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with a bias toward action and execution.
  • A knack for building win-win relationships and navigating technical conversations.
  • A collaborative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
