Job descriptionWe are seeking a Technology Lead to drive the development of modern, scalable, and accessible digital experiences. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, requiring a strong background in frontend architecture, modern JavaScript frameworks, and team mentorship.
You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions for a Fortune 500 client while helping define technical standards, guide implementation decisions, and support the growth of other engineers.
What you’ll be doing- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Drive technical decisions related to frontend architecture, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Build and evolve design systems, reusable component libraries, and shared frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, CMS platforms, and third-party services.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility, performance, security, and quality standards.
- Support CI/CD processes and contribute to improving development workflows and engineering practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while balancing business and technical priorities.
- 7–10+ years of experience building and leading large-scale web applications.
- Experience working within agency, consulting, or client-facing environments.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Strong frontend architecture experience, including component-driven development, design systems, micro-frontends, and monorepo environments.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance applications with a strong focus on accessibility and user experience.
- Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, state management, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and collaboration with design teams using tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA) and web security best practices.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and supporting engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
