As a Procurement Operations Senior Associate, you will focus on purchasing processes and managing supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing purchase processes and some supplier relationship management. This role is crucial in assisting the organization to obtain quality goods at the appropriate price, enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Managing procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational efficiency

- Conducting cost analysis and managing commercial transactions to support financial objectives

- Leading contract negotiations and managing contract lifecycle to mitigate risks and validate compliance
- Analyzing industry trends and supplier performance to inform strategic sourcing decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals

- Preparing reports and providing insights to support decision-making and procurement planning
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
