As a Basis Technical Architect role for an ongoing large SAP Transformation initiative in creating blueprints, Planning, designing, solutioning etc. and drive for successful delivery, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in technology delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Hands on experience on SAP on-premises to cloud migration, S/4 HANA migration and upgrades, SAP HANA DB Administration, migration and upgrades, SQL DB Administration and maintenance, SAP Netweaver ABAP + JAVA administration, migration and upgrades, Landscape management, Monitoring, Performance analysis and tuning, Issue resolution, Incidents handling, SSL/SSO implementation etc, SAP integration with third party applications, Solution manager configuration and change request management, SAP High availability and Disaster Recovery implementation, Operating system administration - Windows and Linux, Experience in working on SAP Products - ERP, S4, BW, Enterprise Portal, Fiori, GRC, GTS, BW Administration (Knowledge on Extraction, transformation and data loads), SAP End to End implementation, Basic cloud experience (Azure/AWS). - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
