About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Architect to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in designing and building integrations for payroll, benefits, and Active Directory (AD) to enhance our business processes and improve operational efficiency.

- You are an experienced professional with a deep understanding of Workday’s architecture and integration capabilities.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, have strong analytical skills, and are dedicated to delivering effective technical solutions that meet business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop scalable integration solutions within Workday for payroll, benefits, AD, Compensation, Advancedcompensationand system automation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the planning and implementation of Workday integration projects, ensuring they meet requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration architecture, design decisions, and configurations.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of integrations to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to integration developers and analysts.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and assess their impact on existing integrations, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage security aspects of Workday integrations, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide expert support to users and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to integration practices and tools.
