Own Riveron’s enterprise data platform architecture and technical roadmap, with hands-on responsibility for Snowflake data warehouse and lakehouse design, modeling, ingestion, governance, security, performance, and cost optimization. Modernize Power BI, Alteryx, and fragmented reporting workflows; integrate Salesforce, finance systems, APIs, and other sources; establish data quality and observability standards; and prepare data infrastructure for AI, RAG, and natural-language analytics use cases. Provide technical leadership to data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and AI engineers.

Develops digital learning experiences, instructional design documents, storyboards, eLearning modules, job aids, and training materials.
