We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between our business stakeholders and technical development teams. You will analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into explicit functional and technical specifications.
The ideal candidate possesses strong domain expertise alongside hands-on technical skills (such as SQL, API integrations, or ERP/CRM systems) to ensure technical solutions are feasible, scalable, and fully aligned with strategic business goals.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Familiarity with API testing, JSON/XML payloads, and system architectures.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Oracle/SAP). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in conducting gap analyses, feasibility studies, and process mapping. [1, 2]
- Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, writing user stories, and managing backlog item
Requirements
- Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and observations to capture detailed business and technical requirements. [1, 2]
- Specification & Documentation: Translate business rules into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, and data-mapping matrices. [1, 2]
- System Integration & Design: Design system workflows, evaluate technical constraints, and coordinate with developers on API implementations, data pipelines, and system integrations. [1, 2]
- Data Analysis & Validation: Perform SQL queries, data profiling, and data reconciliation to investigate system issues, validate data integrity, and support ETL/migration processes. [1, 2]
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test plans and test cases; coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. [1, 2]
Skills Required
