Lead selection and implementation of ESD protection for ICs, design and layout robust I/O circuits, develop and prototype ESD components in CMOS/BCD, perform SPICE simulations and TLP measurements, drive failure analysis and cross-functional validation to ensure silicon meets ESD specs.

Sustain and improve semiconductor test equipment reliability and uptime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, qualification, performance monitoring, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement projects to support production and quality goals.

Perform preventive maintenance, monitor performance and downtime trends, support equipment qualification and commissioning, coordinate with production/process/quality and vendors, and drive continuous improvement projects to boost OEE and equipment stability.

Maintain, optimize, and develop backend testing and strip-handling processes for semiconductor products using Cohu handlers and ATE. Improve yield, reliability, and reduce defects via SPC, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with maintenance/vendors. Create SOPs, PFMEAs, and train operators to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.

Provide technical support and training for analog and power-management ICs, build relationships with design engineers and distributors, support marketing and technical content, create application schematics, demo boards and simulations, and help grow the ICS design pipeline across the Americas.

Lead global Product Definition and Customer Application Engineering teams for Power MOSFETs. Define product specifications, drive product development to production, support strategic Automotive and Industrial customers, resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and build a high-performing, customer-focused engineering organization.

Maintain and improve Die Attach/Die Bond equipment to maximize uptime and product quality. Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, support machine setup and NPI, analyze equipment data, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Process Engineering to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Lead reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of trim and form equipment for high-volume semiconductor packaging. Support NPI, troubleshoot tooling/process defects, manage 24/7 technician coverage, drive yield and UPH improvements, maintain documentation (SOPs, FMEAs), manage spares and vendor relationships, and mentor technicians.

Develop and validate SiC-based power-electronics solutions: design platforms, build demos, run high-voltage testing and characterization, support customer design-in and go-to-market, deliver technical training, and collaborate with global teams to guide next-generation device performance.

Develop and integrate lithography wafer process modules for GaN HEMT production, lead process integration projects, build product/process knowledge, mentor engineers, and participate in process improvement teams.

The role involves executing recruitment activities, managing candidate screening, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes across various locations.

Manage a team of product quality engineers for GaN semiconductor products. Drive product release projects, ensure qualification, compliance with standards, handle customer requirements, analyze data, manage risk/change, and collaborate with development, marketing, and operations to meet quality and customer expectations.

Manage end-to-end commercial relationships with external wafer foundries: lead negotiations (VPAs/LTAs), perform should-cost analysis, secure capacity, manage contracts and onboarding, track supplier performance, and lead global cross-functional sourcing projects to align technology roadmaps and cost optimization.

Define and drive product requirements and roadmaps for power path ICs (dc-dc converters, hot-swap controllers). Perform market and competitive analysis, translate system/customer needs into IC specifications, interface with customers and cross-functional teams, build business cases/ROI, and support NPI, training, and commercialization activities for automotive, industrial, and server markets.

Lead and grow Nexperia's India Design Centre as a strategic R&D hub for BG MOS. Build and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization, oversee product and technology roadmap delivery, drive MOSFET and packaging technology leadership, establish operational infrastructure, and engage external partners and universities to raise the centre's profile.

Manage customer complaint handling for assigned semiconductor product group, lead root-cause analysis (8D), define containment and corrective actions, monitor quality improvements, analyse reliability/yield/FMEA data, support product qualification, and ensure compliance with Nexperia, AEC and customer quality standards.

Lead day-to-day semiconductor production operations, manage shift supervisors and operators, optimize equipment uptime and resources, monitor KPIs (cycle time, throughput, yield, OEE), coordinate maintenance, quality, and process improvements, and ensure operator training, certification, and shopfloor discipline.

Own pricing and go-to-market strategy to maximize revenue and profitability for assigned semiconductor product portfolios. Drive channel and customer strategies, pricing tactics, competitor analysis, forecasting, and design-in support. Build G2M materials, align with marketing and sales stakeholders, and maintain key customer and partner relationships to meet margin and product group targets.

Provide data-driven market and competitive insights, build and maintain segmentation and forecasting models, synthesize external research into company-specific recommendations, support strategic planning and stakeholder communications, deliver reports and presentations, and contribute to internal training and industry engagement.
