Technician – Lexus of Westport
Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced Master Technician with Lexus and/or Toyota experience to join our award-winning service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a respected luxury brand, advanced diagnostic equipment, and a strong customer-focused culture.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, hybrid, and drivability concerns
- Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific tools and procedures
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians
- Perform thorough multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
- Stay current on Lexus and Toyota technologies, repair procedures, and factory training
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Previous Lexus and/or Toyota dealership experience required
- Master Technician certification preferred
- ASE certifications strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hybrid and advanced vehicle systems preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
