Sell Audi vehicles through consultative, high-touch luxury customer experiences. Build and maintain relationships, manage leads and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools, close deals, and maintain product and brand knowledge while meeting sales goals.

Process weekly payroll, maintain and update employee payroll records, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, perform accurate data entry, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.

Serve as the primary customer contact after vehicle accidents: coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians; manage estimates and repair communication; provide exceptional service to streamline the repair process.

Sell luxury vehicles through consultative, relationship-driven outreach both online and in-store. Manage full sales cycle, negotiate and close deals, use CRM and digital tools to track leads, and deliver premium customer experiences while meeting performance targets.

Handle incoming internet and phone sales inquiries, respond via phone/email/text, schedule appointments, maintain CRM records, follow up daily, collaborate with BDC team, and meet monthly sales goals.

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Sell new and used Honda vehicles through active customer engagement, demonstrating strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. Work full-time (Saturdays required, one weekday off). Must be self-motivated, multitask, hold a valid driver’s license, and perform in a commission-based compensation structure. Participate in dealership processes and deliver confidential inquiries.

Lead and develop the dealership sales team to drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales, maximize profitability, recruit and train staff, monitor KPIs, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain manufacturer compliance while partnering with finance, service, and executive leadership.

Serve as the dealership's first contact: answer calls, respond to internet leads, schedule sales appointments, greet and check in customers, follow up via phone/text/email, and maintain CRM records to support the sales team.
