Leads Lexus dealership BDC operations, coaches and manages representatives, oversees inbound and outbound lead handling, improves appointment setting and conversion, monitors KPIs, maintains CRM processes, coordinates Sales and Service handoffs, and protects the luxury guest experience.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex Lexus/Toyota vehicle systems including hybrid, engine, transmission, and electrical. Perform manufacturer-specific advanced diagnostics, complete high-quality repairs, mentor junior technicians, conduct multi-point inspections, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Process weekly payroll, maintain and update employee payroll records, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, perform accurate data entry, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.

Serve as the primary customer contact after vehicle accidents: coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians; manage estimates and repair communication; provide exceptional service to streamline the repair process.

Sell new and used vehicles at a Honda dealership. Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, close sales on a commission basis, work Saturdays, and manage multiple tasks.
