The Role
Lead day-to-day finished-goods (FG) operations and personnel to meet KPIs and compliance. Manage SAP order release, execute inbound/outbound shipments, validate cycle counts, perform FG tool PM and troubleshooting, support S4 HANA UAT and system transitions, handle urgent/NPI shipments, coordinate IT/quality escalations, lead audits and root-cause/CAPA activities, and execute emergency response and storage optimization. Requires shift flexibility, strong communication, and warehouse/manufacturing logistics leadership.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead AATT FG day-to-day operation including personnel to ensure meet KPIs, Micron 12D as well as compliance.
  • Monitor order release status in SAP and dispatching order based on operation capacity.
  • Task Execution & SAP report generating : 1) Execute and manage FG inbound/Outbound shipment per SOP and maximize capacity by daily cut-off time. 2)Perform and validate EOD (End of day) report to ensure all released shipment are close and PGI (Post Goods Issued) as well as hit daily KPI.
  • Inbound shipment validation : Perform visual inspection to incoming subcon shipment/oversea shipment that following guidelines to determine if escalate to leadership or Logistics/Site Quality team such as damaged shipment, damp cargo etc...
  • Urgent/NPI/Pilot shipment handing as well as participate new operation process discussion and perform UAT activity.
  • Execute project/system transition and new process onboard : 1) Support coordinator on S4 HANA Transition UAT test. 2)Timely error proofing implementation. 3) New process onboard practice.
  • Optimize storage bin : Optimize physical storage bin utilization and setup SAP to fulfill compliance per inventory status.
  • Emergency response : 1) Perform FG relevant OCAP (Out of control action plan) and BCP (Business continuous plan) such as out of temperature/humidity control, water leak, earthquake. 2) Summarize environment/shipment safety report to leadership after completed evacuation activity.
  • FG Tool PM and troubleshooting : 1) Perform printer regular PM to ensure label content can meet compliance. 2) Work with vendor & FAC team to ensure FG tool will be perform PM on time such as scale. 3) Maintain PM record in ETO Web. to meet Quality team and audit compliance. 4) Tool in FG including Label printer & Laser printer.
  • Cycle count result validation : Lead and ensure cycle count activity been implement correctly and fulfill SOX report signature as leader role.
  • System troubleshooting & IT Coordination : Troubleshoot SAP/Printer basic problem and work with IT & correct contacted teams to resolve issues.
  • Process audit and improvement that with capability of leading line audit.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and lead shift TMs to create CAPA report when needed.
  • Time management, organization with sense of urgency.
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and able to work with different shifts as needed.
  • Good communication skill and able to work as ONE team.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
  • Shift Technician
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; semiconductor manufacturing
  • background is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in warehouse/FGs, manufacturing logistics, or material management
  • operations, with demonstrated capability in leading front-line operators and shift teams.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, outbound shipment, inventory
  • accuracy, cycle count, and material flow supporting manufacturing lines.

Skills Required

  • Shift Technician (willingness to work different shifts)
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • Semiconductor manufacturing background
  • Minimum 3 years people leadership experience in warehouse/FGs, manufacturing logistics, or material management operations
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations: inbound receiving, put-away, picking, outbound shipment, inventory accuracy, cycle count, material flow
  • Experience with SAP including order release, PGI and report generation
  • Experience supporting S4 HANA transition or UAT activities
  • Experience performing PM and troubleshooting on FG tools (label/laser printers) and maintaining ETO Web records
  • Ability to lead audits, perform root cause analysis and create CAPA, plus strong communication and teamwork
