We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Facilities Technician to support the ongoing success of our test sites in the Bonham and Frisco areas. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our facilities—ensuring our teams can operate at peak performance.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, respond quickly to facility needs, and be an essential part of day-to-day operations.
What you'll do:
- Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment, including inspections and troubleshooting.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of defective or worn-out components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related concerns.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Provide light facilities support (move chairs, set up banners, Conference room support)
- Drive to other locations for routine maintenance inspections using the company vehicle.
- Operate forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack.
- Assist other roles as needed.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse maintenance or a related field.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 49 lbs) and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a driver's license background check.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
