Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Partner with project managers, R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs to gather input, clarify requirements, and produce clear, accurate documentation that supports internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create, update, review, and release technical documentation (e.g., user manuals, instructions for use, and product data sheets) in line with established processes.

  • Support translation and localization activities by preparing source content, coordinating reviews, and helping ensure translated deliverables meet quality expectations.

  • Coordinate day-to-day documentation tasks with other team members in Technical Documentation and provide regular status updates on assigned work.

  • Follow corporate documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across deliverables.

  • Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining and improving documentation templates, reusable content, and internal guidelines.

  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation quality and efficiency, and share practical best practices with the team.

  • Apply relevant regulations, policies, and internal procedures when developing and maintaining documentation, in collaboration with regulatory and quality stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a technical writer or technical documentation specialist (medical device experience is preferred).

  • Education in technical writing, technical communication, engineering, linguistics, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) such as Astoria or Tridion (or similar tools).

  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across functions and geographies.
