Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding the RFQ / customer demands and distribute them to relevant departments
  • Taking all necessary actions to collect the needed technical and commercial data in order to prepare the proper quotation.
  • Timely allocation of incoming tenders with engineering to make sure that ATT delivers COS + Docs on time
  • Preparing the market & customer oriented COS
  • Participating on negotiation meetings when required by Region and successful concluding in order to secure the order and proceeding to all necessary actions to dispatch the order within the unit, including preparing the order sheet with all necessary data for distribution to all relevant departments
  • Monitoring competition’s price and strategies with the support of the region.
  • Using of existing tools i.e. Inquiry statistics, Smartcost, salesforce
  • Project transfer from ITO to OTR according to the PTR instructions
  • Leading the risk assessment and cost out processes at tendering stage
  • Giving support to the region sales team to achieve PL's objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields
  • Minimum 1 year experience in tendering and contract management experience in the energy sector
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to live in Istanbul & Kocaeli​
  • Willing to work at Gebze plant

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established sales management skills
  • Ability to coordinate several tenders simultaneously

  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customer
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in office IT suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
