We are looking for a Technical Talent SourcerTarget compensation ranges from $50-80/hour for an initial 3-6 month contract position. Ideally, you are based in the NYC metro area with flexibility to come into the office as needed.
About the role:
- Lead sourcing strategies to identify and engage high quality candidates, ensuring a best-in-class experience
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates through proactive outreach, research, and networking
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and refine sourcing approaches accordingly
- Provide accurate and organized candidate data and metrics to inform sourcing strategies, decision making, and process improvement
Requirements
About you:
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates in technical fields such as engineering, data science, machine learning, infrastructure); bonus points if you've also sourced for go-to-market or sales roles, though not required
- Strong understanding of complex engineering principles and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms; Juicebox and Gem are a big plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment
