Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Operations teams on customer challenges.
- Identify and resolve system and product issues.
- Support Sales team with technical inquiries
- Investigating and resolve communication issues and clerical issues
- Escalate support cases to Engineering for resolution.
- Assist customers with commissioning and meter management
- Meter Sealing Configurations & Installations:
- Coordinate meter sealing configurations with Customer Service for sales orders.
- Obtain additional required information from customers.
- Assist in installation of metering related equipment to support installations and operations
- Create customer-facing documentation for self-guided product usage.
- Develop documentation for new products during the release process.
- Occasionally offer on-site support & technical support for Triacta products via Zendesk
- Communicate with customers to provide necessary materials and ongoing assistance.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education in Electrical Engineering or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Preferred experience in energy metering, energy management, or building management.
- Knowledge of IP networking and debugging is a plus.
- Previous experience troubleshooting system, hardware, and software issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new concepts and products.
- Strong ability to prioritize requests effectively and manage expectations.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to multi-task and manage multiple duties, tasks, or projects simultaneously.
- Highly self-motivated, articulate, and analytical.
