Within MCAPS - Core, the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience. In CSS, we are powered by Microsoft’s AI technology to help consumers, businesses, partners, and more, resolve their issues quickly and securely, helping prevent future problems from occurring and achieving more from their Microsoft investment.
Provide technical support for CSS customers across Local Language and Global English workloads, resolving complex customer issues, driving customer success to support global follow-the-sun coverage and critical escalations.

Responsibilities
• Response and Resolution: You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues. You collaborate within and across teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualification:
More than 3 years of work experience supporting any of the following Windows areas:
Devices & Deployment (DND) – Windows deployment, installation, servicing, patching, and upgrade scenarios.
Directory Services (DS) – Active Directory, authentication, authorization, Group Policy, PKI, and identity infrastructure.
Networking (NET) – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, SMB, firewalls, and enterprise network connectivity.
Performance (PERF) – Windows Server and Client performance, application performance, and system optimization.
Storage & High Availability (SHA) – Storage, clustering, virtualization, backup/recovery, Azure Local, and business continuity solutions.
User Experience (UEX) – Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Windows 365, printing, app delivery, and end-user productivity experiences.
Language Qualification
Mandarin Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
