What You'll Be Doing
- Drive solution design: Lead requirements gathering with clients and internal stakeholders to design scalable, extensible solutions tailored to client needs. Assess impact to all parts of the platform architecture and client use cases to define high-impact and low-risk designs.
- Own solution delivery: Serve as the primary lead for the delivery of customer-specific solutions, from scoping to go-live and through support, in the context of customer engagements owned by the Customer Management team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Coordinate across Customer Management, Data Health, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to understand current and future product capabilities and design solutions that meet client needs while leveraging existing tooling and align with the product roadmap.
- Translate complexity into clarity: Capture customer needs and create clear, actionable documentation (data flow diagrams, technical specifications where needed, etc.) that engineers can build from and clients can understand.
- Document solutions: Deliver clear documentation on the full scope of the solution to inform internal and client stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive handoff to Production Support teams.
- Communicate proactively: Provide clear status updates, surface risks early, and keep both internal teams and clients aligned throughout the project lifecycle; partner closely with the Implementation Managers and Data Health teams to ensure alignment with other ongoing account work.
- Ensure delivery excellence: Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
