Partner with Product and Engineering while maintaining model cards, intended-use guidance, limitations, and failure-mode documentation for safe, transparent deployment.

Own enterprise customer relationships from implementation through ongoing value realization. Lead data connector and platform configuration projects, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage account health and risks, conduct QBRs and EBRs, support adoption and renewals, and maintain trusted client partnerships. The role also involves documentation, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and mentoring teammates.

Analyze healthcare claims and clinical data to build data models, analytical pipelines, predictive and risk-model inputs, dashboards, scorecards, and reusable analytics assets. Translate ambiguous customer and clinical questions into actionable data plans, manage delivery across stakeholders, present findings to customers, maintain quality standards, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to analytics roadmaps, automation, and scalable methodologies.

Build, refactor, and operate a production RWD delivery pipeline using dbt, PySpark, Snowflake, and AWS. Own delivery endpoint configs as code, enforce HIPAA de-identification, manage monthly deliveries, drive data quality metrics and investigations, support channel partners, and collaborate with platform engineering using CI/CD, Argo orchestration, and observability tools.

Lead development and delivery of training and enablement programs focused on medical economics and value-based care. Provide subject-matter expertise on risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and customer teams to embed customer workflows into content, improve adoption, and measure training impact.

Lead business development and close new Payor accounts by prospecting, qualifying, and cultivating C-level relationships. Drive proposal and contract processes, collaborate with product, operations, and finance, maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce, provide financial projections, and secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with commercial and regional payers.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Arcadia's platform: develop project plans, manage data integration (EHR/claims), coordinate teams and third parties, escalate and resolve risks, validate and train customers, and drive go-live and process improvements to ensure customer value and retention.

Own cross-team, platform-level engineering initiatives end-to-end: architecture, migrations, observability, on-call, and customer outcomes. Drive AI-native tooling and agentic AI adoption, mentor senior engineers, and set technical standards across teams.
