About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites applications for the Service Architect role where you will be contributing towards developing innovative, end-to-end solutions for our customers by analyzing, designing, and developing services based on client specifications and business needs. This role involves a collaborative engagement with the client as well as leading Ericsson's Service Delivery Unit (SDU) interface to ensure the performance and lifecycle of the service.
What you will do:- Analyze and design the overall end-to-end technical architecture of the service and support its underlying applications, infrastructure, and data analytics, including Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Data Analytics Automation.- Plan, design and update new or existing services, including designing configurations for applications and infrastructure.- Manage the service throughout its lifecycle, from planning, managing change and release, maintaining customer experience, to the termination.- Coordinate infrastructure evolution plans based on demand growth and the introduction of new technologies or functionalities, aligned with Ericsson's strategies.- Support the customer in making strategic decisions regarding infrastructure evolution, enhancements, or additions as required.- Validate and approve capacity and availability plans for the live network and IS/IT infrastructure.- Drive innovation initiatives to provide new or enhanced services to the customer.- Develop and maintain customer documentation to increase customer insight and support strategic decisions (e.g., Network Configuration).
