- We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Records Specialist 2 to support healthcare programs focused on newborn screening and children's special health needs.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining program records, managing data, preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical assistance to families and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records using specialized software and databases.
- Enter, retrieve, validate, and analyze program data.
- Prepare reports and assist with data quality assessments.
- Provide customer service and technical support.
- Troubleshoot data and software-related issues.
- Follow applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Data Management, Records Management, or Database Support.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook skills.
- Experience with data entry, data validation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
