As a Technical Project Manager within our Pre-Development Engineering team, you will be at the heart of evaluating the feasibility of automation and defining process parameters before capital investments are made . Working across global and local teams, you will ensure that production technology projects are governed effectively from pre-development through to implementation, helping shape the future of how we build and deliver technology at Ericsson.
What You Will Bring
- A university degree in International Business Administration, Economics, or a Technical field
- Proven experience in project management and/or electronics production
- Fluency in spoken and written English , with a clear and concise communication style
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Replir, or similar
- A solid understanding of business strategy and finance in a corporate environment
- Experience working in production technology
- A clear understanding of project team roles and responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Lead and govern pre-development, development, and improvement projects across global and local teams
- Drive projects to deliver on agreed targets, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project budgets and capability estimations with ongoing tracking and follow-up
- Conduct risk analyses and develop proactive mitigation plans
- Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project implementation and coordinate milestone reviews and approvals , both internal and external
- Prepare and deliver project management reports for internal and external audiences
- Represent the team in local and global forums related to Production Technology development
- Participate in global workshops to identify future technology needs
- Continuously contribute to improving pre-development ways of working
