Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk. Identify and implement alternative solutions. Delivery a variety of presentations in support of the objectives
  • Drive maximum integration of Tanium into business processes and controls in order to achieve the value proposition and efficiency goals. In achieving this, Technical Project Managers are expected to understand and support technical integration of Tanium into our customer’s tool chains, business processes, and operational workflows.
  • Tracking and reporting the health of assigned projects and, where appropriate, implementing get well plans.
  • Assisting on other account level activities such as stakeholder mapping, maturity modelling, enhancement tracking, and project/engagement reporting
  • Assist with practice development opportunities to mature the cross-functional nature of Enterprise Services.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, both internally and publicly facing
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the Tanium solution and its capabilities
  • Provide purpose, motivation, and direction to fellow members of the Customer Account Team
