次世代のモビリティを支える自動駐車アシスタントシステム「Computer Vision」チームの所属となります。

自動運転技術の最前線で、システムレベルの検証・妥当性確認（Verification & Validation）を統括するSystem Validation Technical Project Managerを募集します。

本ポジションでは、SIL/HIL/実車環境でのテスト戦略の立案から、実行・評価・改善まで、システムバリデーション領域全体を技術的・組織的にリードいただきます。

また、顧客対応も含めたプロジェクトQCT（品質・コスト・納期）達成の責任者として、グローバル開発チームと密に連携します。

■ 業務内容

• システムバリデーションサブプロジェクトの全体戦略立案・実行・進捗管理
• テストリソース（人・環境・ツール・予算）を最適に計画・活用し、顧客マイルストーンに向けて高品質なアウトプットを提供
• テストチーム（System Test Leads、Integration Leads等）を横断的にリード
• テスト戦略策定・レビュー・改善の継続的実施

■出張

週1～2回程度、つくばへ出張あり

■応募条件

• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（計画立案・進捗・予実管理）10年以上
• システム検証・妥当性確認（V&V）領域での実務経験
• テスト戦略設計やプロセス運用に関する知識
• リスクベーステストやFMEAの理解と活用経験
• ASPICEなどのプロセスモデルに関する知識
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル/英語：ビジネス上級レベル

■ Position Overview
You will join the Computer Vision team, which plays a central role in supporting next-generation mobility through advanced automated parking assistant systems.

We are looking for a System Validation Technical Project Manager to lead Verification and Validation (V&V) activities at the system level for cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of system validation strategies, including SIL, HIL, and in-vehicle test environments.

As the owner of QCT (Quality, Cost, Time) performance in the validation domain, you will collaborate closely with global development teams and act as a key interface for customer-related validation topics.

■ Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and manage the overall System Validation sub-project strategy and progress
• Plan and manage validation resources (personnel, tools, environments, and budget) to deliver high-quality results aligned with customer milestones
• Lead cross-functional testing teams, including System Test Leads and Integration Leads
• Continuously define, review, and improve test strategies and validation processes

■Business Trip

There will be business trips to Tsukuba 1–2 times per week.

■ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budget control
• Practical experience in System Verification and Validation (V&V)
• Strong knowledge of test strategy development and process implementation
• Experience with risk-based testing and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
• Familiarity with process models such as ASPICE
• Japanese: Native level /English :Business level 

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or deep understanding of the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) domain
