Space Tango is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented project professional to help coordinate the technical, logistical, and documentation activities required to get payloads to space and safely back to Earth.

- Track open actions, risks, changing requirements, and upcoming deadlines
- Keep internal and external teams aligned on priorities and next steps
- Prepare and coordinate technical documentation and review materials
- Learn NASA integration processes and help guide payloads through planning, testing, launch, on-orbit operations, and return
- Support launch and mission activities, including occasional travel and non-standard hours
Who We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you're someone who:
- Is exceptionally organized and enjoys bringing structure to complex projects
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the overall objective
- Takes ownership and follows things through to completion
- Communicates well with both technical and non-technical people
- Is comfortable asking questions and learning technical information
- Notices details and potential problems before they become bigger problems
- Can adapt quickly when schedules or requirements change
- Enjoys working across teams and getting people moving toward a common deadline

We're open to candidates from a variety of industries. Relevant experience could include technical project or program management, engineering project coordination, manufacturing or new product introduction, laboratory or research operations, logistics, regulatory/compliance programs, systems integration, defense, aviation, medical devices, automotive, or other technical operations.
