About iClosed

We're looking for the person who makes sure what we build actually ships — on time, with the right process, and without things getting lost between Product, Engineering, QA, and Design.

Product Managers decide what we build. You own how and when it gets delivered: the plan, timeline, dependencies, process, release coordination, and visibility around delivery.

iClosed is a profit maximizer for high-ticket sales teams, helping them make more — much more — by plugging in iClosed. We work with customers like Hyros.com, Iman Gadzhi, Whop, Instantly.ai, and thousands of users.

Our product moves fast, and we need someone who can bring structure to that speed. You'll run the full software development lifecycle, challenge timelines when they don't make sense, surface risks before they become delays, and make sure releases move cleanly from planning through production.

This is not a passive project coordinator role. You own delivery.

What You'll Own

Software Delivery

  • Own the SDLC end to end — from ticket readiness through development, QA, release, and post-release verification.
  • Turn product priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Break epics into deliverable phases and manage dependencies across teams.
  • Identify delivery risks early and escalate before they turn into missed deadlines.
  • Keep every initiative moving and make ownership clear at every stage.

Agile Process

  • Run sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
  • Track velocity, throughput, burn-down, and other relevant delivery metrics.
  • Keep tickets, boards, ownership, and workflows clean and accurate.
  • Continuously improve the way Engineering, QA, Design, and Product work together.
  • Strengthen processes around definition of done, QA handoff, branching, deployment, and release readiness.

Release Management

  • Own the release calendar and coordinate deployments across teams.
  • Manage release readiness, go/no-go decisions, rollback preparation, and post-release verification.
  • Coordinate hotfixes and urgent production releases when required.
  • Ensure release notes and relevant documentation are completed.
  • Make sure everyone involved knows exactly what is shipping, when, and who owns each step.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate Engineering, QA, Design, and Product so dependencies don't become blockers.
  • Work closely with Product Managers on scope, sequencing, delivery trade-offs, and realistic timelines.
  • Challenge estimates where needed and push for clarity when scope or ownership is ambiguous.
  • Make sure handoffs between teams happen cleanly and nothing gets dropped.

Reporting & Visibility

  • Give leadership clear visibility into delivery status, risks, timelines, and blockers.
  • Report progress using meaningful delivery metrics rather than vague status updates.
  • Escalate quickly when something is off track.
  • Keep upcoming releases and priorities visible across the organization.

Who We're Looking For

Required

  • 3–6 years managing delivery of SaaS products in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and how modern web applications are built, tested, deployed, and maintained.
  • Hands-on experience with release management, including environments, versioning, CI/CD coordination, hotfixes, and production releases.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Design, and Product.
  • Technical enough to follow architecture discussions, understand PR summaries, challenge estimates, and identify delivery risks.
  • Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar.
  • Comfortable owning workflows, ticket quality, boards, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — clear updates, focused meetings, and no ambiguity around ownership.
  • Startup mindset: hands-on, decisive, adaptable, and comfortable creating structure where it doesn't already exist.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience as a developer or QA engineer.
  • Experience with AWS-based infrastructure and deployments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
  • Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe, or similar certification.
  • Exposure to SOC 2 or compliance-driven software change management.

Success in This Role

  • Releases ship when the team says they will.
  • Delivery risks and dependencies are surfaced before they become delays.
  • Engineering, QA, Design, and Product always know what they own and what's coming next.
  • Sprint and release processes are consistent, visible, and predictable.
  • Product Managers can focus on product direction instead of chasing delivery.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into timelines, blockers, and release status.
  • The development process gets stronger and more efficient over time.

What We Offer

  • Work directly with the founding and product teams.
  • Fully remote environment.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Fitness and Healthcare Allowance.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Performance-based bonus structure.
  • Long-term growth opportunities as the Product and Engineering organization scales.

Why is this one different?

You're not here to schedule meetings and chase people for updates.

You're the person who makes delivery predictable.

Product decides what should be built. Engineering builds it. You make sure the entire system between those two points works — scope, sequencing, dependencies, QA, releases, communication, and process.

When something is slipping, you know before everyone else. When a release is coming, everyone knows exactly what's happening. When the team grows, the delivery process grows with it.

Nail it, and you'll become a key part of how iClosed scales its Product and Engineering organization.

If you're excited to be part of a team that values speed, ownership, clarity, and shipping, we'd love to hear from you!
