We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead who is interested in transitioning into a Technical Project Management role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on software development experience, proven technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and project requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.
- Guide and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Assist the team in requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate project activities, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, data science, and engineering teams.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and groom team members by enhancing their technical capabilities, communication skills, and overall professional growth.
- 7–10 years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience.
- Currently working as a Technical Lead (or recent experience as a Technical Lead).
- Strong technical leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
- Interest in transitioning into a Technical Project Management career path.
- Experience with .NET or MySQL will be an advantage.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions will be an advantage.
Skills Required
- 7-10 years overall experience
- At least 5 years hands-on development experience
- Currently working as a Technical Lead or prior Technical Lead and currently working as a Project Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving Agile project management practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups)
- Experience in .Net or MySQL
- Experience in LLMs
