Own end-to-end SaaS software delivery, including planning, milestones, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, delivery metrics, release coordination, hotfixes, and post-release verification. Coordinate Engineering, QA, Design, and Product; identify risks, challenge estimates, maintain workflows and ticket quality, and provide leadership with clear visibility into timelines, blockers, and release status. Improve SDLC, QA handoffs, deployment, and release processes while ensuring predictable delivery.

Write and manage marketing content and emails for a SaaS/digital business: blog posts, case studies, social copy, newsletters, and lifecycle emails. Publish and schedule content, ensure quality control, and keep the content pipeline on time and error-free while coordinating with the creative team.

Own weekly planning and execution of marketing production: build landing pages, write and send email campaigns, manage internal producers and agencies, keep the publication calendar on schedule, and report performance with recommendations to scale or kill initiatives.
