The Team and Role:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for New Product Project Development from PFE stage till MP/OSD to market. This position involves managing and coordinating embedded software engineering, design, product management, and hardware engineering. The role also includes serving as a scrum master and leading agile practices within the software engineering group.
Your Contribution:
- Support multiple parallel product projects development from the feasibility stage through to launch for different business groups roadmaps.

- Develop full-scale projects plans and communicate project goals with the project team.
- Create, publish, and maintain projects plans and product cost computations according to defined standards.
- Identify and analyze projects risks and execute mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating unresolved issues to functional managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in new product development and product launch.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 4-8 years of direct work experience in a project manager role.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project.
- Strong logic thinking to resolve project issues.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities to drive project progress.
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies..
- Experience in consumer electronics/digital & mobile devices is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Project Management Standards and methodologies.
- Proficient in Agile document control and change management processes.
- Effective use of Google/Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent English communication skills.
