Technical Project Manager
Portage, MI
Join a cross-functional team responsible for leading the execution of new product development initiatives from concept through launch. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders, and ensure projects progress according to scope, schedule, and performance expectations.
What You Will Do
- Lead cross-functional new product development projects in partnership with the Technical Lead.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and tradeoffs to leadership as needed.
- Coordinate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
- Facilitate team meetings, project reviews, and decision-making activities to maintain project momentum.
- Assign project activities and resources based on project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Track project performance against established scope, schedule, and business objectives.
- Support product launch activities and ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed-upon requirements and timelines.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, product development, engineering, or related technical roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD).
- Experience using project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working in medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.

- USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
- US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
- US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
- US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
- US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
- US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
