Lead the architecture and implementation of generative AI, multimodal, and voice-agent systems for medical devices across edge and cloud environments. Develop deterministic agent architectures, safety guardrails, evaluation frameworks, speech and language components, and model optimization strategies under strict latency, memory, and reliability constraints. Provide in-room support for minimally invasive surgical procedures: set up, verify, and maintain Stryker and third-party equipment; troubleshoot devices and image routing; perform sterile processing and instrument reprocessing; document procedures and metrics; educate OR and SPD staff; and provide rotating on-call and regional coverage with occasional travel.

Lead upstream marketing for neurovascular products: gather competitive and KOL insights, drive new product development and pre-commercialization planning, build financial business cases, define pricing and value propositions, partner with Clinical Affairs and Product Marketing on evidence and messaging, develop sales tools and forecasting, and execute product lifecycle and contingency plans.

Provide clinical expertise and training for MAKO robotic and manual joint replacement procedures, support sales and clinical teams, manage deployments and scheduling via RepSuite, troubleshoot clinical and technical issues, ensure compliance and product safety, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers during field assignments (4–12 weeks).

Design, develop, test, and maintain C++ Windows desktop applications for digital hip preservation. Collaborate in cross-functional international teams, follow CI/CD and documentation practices, support platform improvements, and participate in V&V and architectural discussions.
