A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

  • End-to-End Program Delivery
  • Drive strategic programs across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution through influence and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure initiatives are executed with speed, quality, and operational rigor.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance
  • Create clarity across teams by facilitating planning, prioritization, and decision-making forums.
  • Drive governance mechanisms including program reviews, leadership updates, risk management, and action tracking.
  • Translate leadership goals into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Design and improve processes, reporting frameworks, and operating rhythms that enable scale.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting to provide visibility into program health and business impact.
  • Drive accountability through data-driven decision making and disciplined follow-through.
  • Champion best practices in program management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, or a related role.
  • Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and engineering workflows.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data protection laws like GDRP, PDPA, DPDA preferred.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, aviation, or technology companies.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams or driving company-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to scaling organizations, IPO readiness, governance, audit, compliance, or operational excellence programs.

At Teleport, we’re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued. We believe that different perspectives make us stronger and help us do logistics better across Southeast Asia. We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate what makes each of us unique. If you’re passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
