What you’ll do:
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering and product teams from concept to delivery.
- Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers to ensure smooth execution
- Track, analyze, and interpret product and business metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
- Coordinate releases and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Clarify business requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks
- Analyze system flows, APIs, and data to ensure end-to-end consistency.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-structured backlog
- Collaborate with engineers and QA to validate business logic and integrations
- Support production troubleshooting by investigating data and logic issues
- Drive cross-team initiatives across multiple services and platforms
Who you are:
- Experienced in managing technical programs in Agile/Scrum environments.
- A natural problem-solver and communicator who thrives in collaborative settings.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and driving projects to successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager in software development.
- Experience in building and managing high-load, transaction-heavy systems.
- Familiarity with modern software architecture approaches, such as microservices, event-driven design, or scalable distributed systems.
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written) at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have knowledge about:
- Docker/Kubernetes
- AWS
- CI/CD pipelines
