Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project ownership: manage the full lifecycle from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.
  • Requirements management: elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between business and tech: clarify business goals and translate them into actionable requirements and development tasks.
  • Drive product understanding: independently deep-dive into the existing product, proactively ask clarifying questions to both business and technical teams, and document findings in a structured and accessible way.
  • Team coordination: organize daily team operations — planning, task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
  • Support iterative development: provide ongoing feedback to the team, refine requirements as needed, and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Documentation and modeling: create and maintain key artifacts like Vision & Scope, SRS, Use Cases, workflows, state models, and process diagrams (UML/BPMN/DFD).
  • Run ceremonies and syncs: lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
  • Monitor progress and mitigate risks: identify blockers early, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate results against KPIs: validate that implemented features meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently: maintain transparency across all stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders in understanding technical limitations and propose alternative solutions when necessary.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a hybrid role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and ability to work with mockups or prototypes.
  • Familiarity with process modeling notations (UML, BPMN, DFD).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — capable of leading discussions with diverse stakeholders, including English-speaking clients.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (B2+ or higher in English, both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to keep complex projects structured and on track.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to resolve conflicts productively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fast-paced, data-driven product environments.
  • Experience working with affiliate/partner systems/platforms.
  • Relevant certifications, such as: Project Management: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Business Analysis: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or IIBA certifications
