The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Technical Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs within our engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions.

What You Will Do💡

• Define program goals, scope, success metrics, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage execution across multiple teams.
• Work closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program updates and issue resolution.
• Understand system architectures and technical requirements to make informed decisions.
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor program progress and ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve program delivery.
• Drive post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and apply them to future initiatives.

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role in software development or technology-driven organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to change, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, cloud technologies, or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management software.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
