Lead an 8-10 engineer team owning courier systems (dispatch, matching, pricing, ETA). Set technical direction, drive data-driven decisions and experiments, partner with data science, ensure reliability and scalability of low-latency distributed systems, and own hiring, performance, and operational excellence.

Lead backend engineering efforts building highly concurrent, low-latency systems using Ruby on Rails and Go. Own architecture, performance tuning (PostgreSQL, Redis), APIs (REST/gRPC), observability and CI/CD. Mentor engineers, drive design docs/RFCs, resolve system bottlenecks, and balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural stability.

Build, deploy, and maintain ML and optimization models for a quick-commerce marketplace (matching, pricing, recommendations, ETA). Design experiments and causal analyses, engineer features from messy geospatial and conversational data, own production ML pipelines, monitor model health, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, incremental improvements.

Build and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Kafka, Maxwell, Spark and dbt; design medallion-based data models; implement cloud-native data platforms (S3, Trino, BigQuery); optimize performance, ensure data quality, observability, and SLA adherence; enable analytics through trusted datasets and Metabase dashboards.

The Senior Graphic Designer will create training programs, design materials, facilitate sessions, assess training needs, analyze outcomes, and supervise a design team.

The People Operations Specialist will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and medical administration while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Ensure platform reliability and scalability by collaborating with development teams to design infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, build monitoring/alerting, troubleshoot production incidents, participate in on-call rotations, automate configuration and deployments, maintain upgrades, improve security/compliance, mentor junior engineers, and drive process and organizational improvements.
