  • Develop and report on program status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve complex technical and logistical issues, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation.
  • Establish and lead scalable processes, KPIs, and respective SLAs across build teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience in a hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environment
  • Direct experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or major capacity expansions.
  • Strong technical understanding of the data center stack, including power, cooling, networking, and GPU/server hardware infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of construction projects and respective milestones
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Critical Path) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence matrixed, cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical challenges and project plans to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
