Technical Program Managers (TPMs) drive programs end-to-end—ensuring alignment, execution, and impact. In an AI-first world, TPMs go further: they design systems, automate workflows, and scale execution through intelligent solutions.
As the Director, Technical Program Management for Agentforce Operations, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our growth. You’ll partner across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to deliver programs that are not only on time—but scalable, automated, and increasingly AI-driven.
This is an individual contributor role for a builder—someone who thrives in ownership, operates at executive altitude, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Your ImpactLead complex programs from planning through execution, aligning scope, timelines, and business goals
Design and implement AI-first program frameworks, incorporating automation and intelligent workflows
Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor to drive clarity, prioritization, and outcomes
Drive cross-functional alignment through structured cadences, metrics, and decision frameworks
Manage dependencies across teams and proactively resolve risks and blockers
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
