About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Technical Program Managers (TPMs) drive programs end-to-end—ensuring alignment, execution, and impact. In an AI-first world, TPMs go further: they design systems, automate workflows, and scale execution through intelligent solutions.

As the Director, Technical Program Management for Agentforce Operations, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our growth. You’ll partner across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to deliver programs that are not only on time—but scalable, automated, and increasingly AI-driven.

This is an individual contributor role for a builder—someone who thrives in ownership, operates at executive altitude, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Your Impact
  • Lead complex programs from planning through execution, aligning scope, timelines, and business goals

  • Design and implement AI-first program frameworks, incorporating automation and intelligent workflows

  • Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor to drive clarity, prioritization, and outcomes

  • Drive cross-functional alignment through structured cadences, metrics, and decision frameworks

  • Manage dependencies across teams and proactively resolve risks and blockers

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Apply AI and agent-based workflows to streamline execution and reduce coordination overhead

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Build AI agents and multi-agent pipelines that automate status, risk detection, and reporting

  • Define metrics for AI adoption and impact across the org

  • Codify reusable AI assets—skills, prompts, agents—so wins scale across teams

  • Pilot emerging AI capabilities on real work; standardize what proves out

About You
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Comfortable operating between strategy and execution

  • Strong relationship builder who drives alignment across teams

  • Excellent communicator with executive presence

  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer outcomes

  • Energized by solving complex problems and improving systems

  • Passionate about AI, automation, and scaling operations

  • Reaches for automation before headcount

  • Prototypes in a terminal, not just slides

  • Treats manual coordination as a bug to fix

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related roles

  • 10+ years leading SaaS product development programs

  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience applying AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve business processes

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, copilots, or intelligent systems

  • Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, business impact

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Deep understanding of Agile and software development lifecycle

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Track record of improving systems, processes, or operating models

  • Hands-on with AI agent frameworks (Claude/Agentforce, MCP tools)—builds, not just directs

  • Automated a real workflow end-to-end with AI, with measurable effort saved

  • Comfortable scripting to prototype automations and validate AI output
