Essential Responsibilities
- Own the IBP product roadmap, prioritizing business value, user adoption, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and process optimization.
- Lead the design, delivery, integration, and support of IBP solutions and related data products.
- Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and operational performance.
- Establish data, process, and governance standards to ensure reliable planning outcomes.
- Continuously improve planning capabilities through automation, simplification, and generative AI technologies.
- Work with Agile teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that support business transformation.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
- 10 Years experience with Supply Chain Planning and Digital Technologies in manufacturing, preferably in Wind or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and manufacturing operations.
- Relevant experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-driven solutions in a business environment.
- Proven product management experience in global organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
