We are looking for a Software Engineer who communicate with our engineering team to produce the most effective products that delight our clients.

Job DescriptionExecute and deliver web-based applications using Java, Spring, SQL Server, and Angular
Manage a team of developers and ensure the on-time and under-budget delivery of projects
Participate in the full software development life-cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions
Stay current with emerging trends, new technologies, and best practices to maintain our standards of excellence
We are also looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a focus on backend development using Spring Boot.
- At least 1+ years of Front-end development experience (Angular).
- Previous experience in a tech lead role, guiding and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Fintech and integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, particularly AWS.
- Experience with serverless architecture and microservices design.
