About the Role:
Deliver high-quality market research, insights, and quarterly reports across industrial, residential, office, retail, and alternative assets.
Lead and support client-facing consulting assignments including feasibility studies, market entry, and highest & best use analysis.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with brokerage, capital markets, and regional research teams to support pitches and advisory work.
Maintain and enhance proprietary databases, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and thought leadership output.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
4–7+ years of experience in real estate research, consulting, advisory, or market intelligence (AM–Manager level).
Strong analytical, storytelling, and client presentation skills with commercial acumen.
Comfortable in client-facing roles and supporting revenue-generating consulting work.
Excellent written and spoken English & Vietnamese; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
