Remote hunter role selling AI-native ODC teams, project-based AI solutions, and managed engineering services across European markets. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, build a 12-month qualified pipeline, run consultative discovery, scope deals with Presales and Solution Architects, and manage CRM, proposals, and market intelligence to meet revenue targets.

Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities in English-speaking markets, analyze sales trends, gather and act on customer feedback, propose revenue-driving ideas, and support sales and marketing planning and presentations to senior management.

Provide multi-jurisdictional legal advice for Vietnam and international affiliates: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; ensure compliance and data protection; support cross-border transactions; liaise with global stakeholders; collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and senior management. Provide timely legal counsel in Vietnamese and English.

Serve as the technical presales lead across APAC: run discovery, design solution architectures (cloud, AI, integration), scope ODC/dedicated teams and AI projects, craft SoWs and pitch materials, support POCs, and provide market intelligence and collateral to win deals and align delivery.

Drive enterprise AI solution sales across Media, Fintech, and Logistics. Build a 12-month pipeline, lead consultative discovery, structure POCs and contracts, and collaborate with solution architects to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes. Own partnerships and KPIs from pipeline generation to pilot-to-production conversion.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-performance front-end solutions with Next.js and React, modernize legacy systems to TypeScript, integrate AI features, maintain Azure infrastructure (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services), optimize CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and mentor team members on React, Node.js, and Azure best practices.

Own reliability, performance, and security of on-prem and cloud infrastructure. Resolve escalated incidents, manage deployments, backups, network and email systems, vendor procurement, monitoring, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement and produce operational reports.
