Voor Organon Oss zijn we op zoek naar kandidaten voor de rol van:
Technical Lead

Binnen Organon Oss is het Integrated Process Team (IPT) verantwoordelijk voor de productie van farmaceutische producten gericht op vrouwengezondheid. Binnen dit IPT ligt de focus op extrusie-, assemblage- en verpakkingsprocessen, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van geavanceerde productietechnologieën en geautomatiseerde lijnen.
De afdeling Maintenance & Engineering is verantwoordelijk voor de technische betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van deze installaties. Het team bestaat uit 20 technicians, 6 senior technicians, 5 automation engineers en 3 technical leads onder leiding van een Maintenance & Reliability Engineer. Elke Technical Lead stuurt een team van 6 à 7 Technicians (Storings-/ Onderhoudsmonteurs) aan. Als Technical Lead in dagdienst speel jij een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van een stabiel en continu productieproces.
Doel van de functie
Als Technical Lead geef je in dagdienst leiding aan een team van Technicians en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en continu verbeteren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen jouw vakgebied. Je houdt het overzicht over het volledige maintenance spectrum:
- Correctief onderhoud (storingen).
- Preventief onderhoud.
- Verbeteringen en reliability.
Met jouw leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat de extrusie-, assemblage- of verpakkingslijnen optimaal presteren en continu worden verbeterd.
Primaire verantwoordelijkheden
- Leidinggeven aan en coachen van technicians en contractors.
- Coördineren en prioriteren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan extrusie-, assemblage- of verpakkingsinstallaties.
- Zorgen voor een optimale balans tussen correctief, preventief en verbeter-onderhoud.
- Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met operations en productieplanning.
- Monitoren van storingen en aansturen op snelle en structurele oplossingen (RCA).
- Analyseren van data en initiëren van verbeteringen in betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudsprogramma’s.
- Sturen op maintenance KPI’s zoals beschikbaarheid (uptime), MTBF en MTTR.
- Zorgdragen voor naleving van GMP-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
- Standaardiseren van werkprocessen en optimaliseren van onderhoudsstrategieën.
Jouw profiel
- Afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO+/HBO niveau.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een productie- of maintenance omgeving.
- Ervaring met of aantoonbare capaciteiten in leidinggeven.
- Sterke kennis van onderhoudsprocessen.
- Analytisch sterk en in staat om overzicht te houden.
- Bekend met SAP of andere onderhoudssystemen.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring in een gereguleerde (GMP) omgeving is een pré.

- Completed technical education (MBO+/HBO level).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in production or maintenance environment.
- Experience with or demonstrable capability in leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
- Analytical skills and ability to maintain overview.
- Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance/CMMS systems.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience in a regulated (GMP) environment.
