Integration/Automation Tech Lead (DCF Level 35)

Job Description: 

As a Tech Lead, you’ll be a key member of the Business Platforms team responsible for fulfilling the ongoing integrations and automation-related solutions delivered to our stakeholders. You’ll act as an SME for the technology team and help them in understanding the functional requirements and converting them to technical specifications. You will also be responsible for getting the technology team, including developers and testers, to understand the technical designs and get the same executed in a timely fashion. These solutions will include custom development for business function needs, integration with Global and regional platforms team, maintaining and enhancements to existing platforms. 

 Key Responsibilities  

  • Understand the functional requirements and create a detailed technical specifications document.
  • Develop a POC / framework that meets technical requirements.
  • Brief the technical team on the tech stack. Address and resolve all doubts/queries of the developer / tester. As and when required, check with BAs and seek clarity.
  • Ensure smooth development and timely delivery to QA.
  • Support impact analysis on system for change requests.
  • Create integration pipeline flows, tech design documents and data modelling documents, etc.  

 Qualifications + Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in ETL development, Python.
  • Strong experience in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, functions, Views).
  • Strong experience in data modelling.
  • Strong experience in MS PowerApps, Power Automate, MS Lists
  • Experience with tech design, building integration pipelines and automation flows
  • Experience in AI/ML. Experience in cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure is a plus.
  • Experience working within common delivery methodologies (e.g. agile and/or waterfall). 
  • Good problem solving and business acumen.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to simplify and structure complex problems.
