Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead NAND Flash product test solution design and comprehensive failure analysis for NPI, Product Qualification, Reliability and customer return (RMA) cases.
  • Identify root causes using electrical, physical, and data-driven analysis techniques.
  • Generate clear Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and drive corrective actions.
  • Design and lead evaluation experiments and data analysis to improve product quality, yield.
  • Provide technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to improve test coverage and product robustness.
  • Work closely with global Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Customer Engineering teams, and drive issue resolution across multiple organizations and sites.
  • Improve FA efficiency through advanced analytics and AI/ML-based approaches.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives that improve product quality and engineering productivity.

Qualifications

    • This position requires an advanced degree with 15+ years of related experience in SSD, NAND Flash, Memory, Storage, or Semiconductor technologies.
    • Experience with Failure Analysis, Reliability Engineering, or Product Engineering.
    • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Experience as a technical lead with Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive issues to closure.
