RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a mobile development team, ensuring project goals align with company objectives.
- Architect and develop mobile applications using React Native, and other relevant mobile tech stacks like Swift and Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile products that meet business needs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for mobile development, including code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Mentor and guide team members in both technical and professional development, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Oversee the complete mobile development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, offering insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development to keep Xsolla at the forefront of innovation.
- Provide technical guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that arise during the development process.
- Support and manage ad hoc tasks as needed, ensuring the team’s ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in mobile development with strong proficiency in React Native.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Swift and Kotlin for native iOS and Android development, respectively.
- Familiarity with Javascript, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with Dart (Flutter's language) and JavaScript for mobile application development.
- Knowledge of cloud services and mobile backend integration.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry or with in-app payment systems.
