What you will do
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in the latest .NET framework and hands-on coding experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Twin and Building Management Systems (BMS) domains, along with excellent problem-solving abilities to devise solutions for complex issues.
- We’re a collaborative bunch, so you’ll contribute to all phases of the SDLC, from planning, development, testing and release
- You will work closely with Scrum teams to deliver products on time with quality
- You’ll also coordinate with the Architect’s to understand and maintain an in-depth understanding of the current and upcoming requirements for proposed releases
- We work in a fast-moving agile set-up, so expect to pitch in with other responsibilities from time to time
How you will do it
You should be hands-on working closely with your peers in software development, testing, and Architects in the company to deliver best of breed solutions with your technical expertise. You will be responsible for below critical functions in helping us design leading products
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Design and implement robust system architectures.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using the latest .NET framework.
- Utilize database skills to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Work with React for front-end development (preferred).
- Manage releases.
- Drive epics to conclusion and deliver complex stories along with team-leading activities.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Utilize knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and GraphQL for efficient data processing and management.
- Derive solutions for complex problem statements.

- Must have 10+ years’ experience in dot net based application development.
- Expertise in the .NET framework with Hands-on coding experience.
