As a Technical I, IT Operations, you will support the day-to-day performance of end-user technology and site IT operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, delivering responsive technical support, and helping create a seamless experience for internal teams.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, telephony, and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot local infrastructure issues, including basic server, network, voice, hub room, and cabling support
Manage incidents, service tickets, escalations, root cause analysis, and change support activities
Support onboarding, offboarding, ramp-up/ramp-down activities, business continuity testing, and compliance requirements
Maintain IT service standards while partnering with operational teams to deliver timely communication and strong customer experience
Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
Qualifications
1+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment
Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware and software
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple support tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency to deliver clear user updates and technical guidance.
Experience working with incident management, ticket resolution, and escalation processes
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
MCSE or equivalent certification
Experience supporting Citrix environments
Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes
