About the Role
We are currently looking for a #gamechanger with a junior background in Finance to join our Amazing Team in Albania. This role is based in our office in Tirana - Stadium. Please be aware this is a temporary position with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance.
- Analyze profitability across clients or business segments.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets for revenue and costs by client.
- Provide input for monthly revenue forecasts by client.
- Support meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations.
- Assist in month-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with the AR Team to set up billing contracts.
- Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices.
- Monitor and report on collections.
- Perform ad hoc analysis.
- Work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 1-3 years of relevant financial experience preferred.
- Proficient in financial tools, systems, and applications.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in Team.
- Understanding and utilization of basic general ledger systems and software.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- English at least B2 Level.
- Italian Fluent is mandatory
Pay range and compensation package
