Make Your Mark:
In this role, you will act as a full-stack builder for the finance organization. You will develop AI agents (micro-MCPs, Claude, Google ADK), orchestrate cross-system workflows (Workato), and build custom applications and AI features natively within core platforms like NetSuite and Zuora. While our Data Engineering team manages the underlying pipelines, you will own the semantic and reporting layers (Snowflake, Sigma), ensuring this data foundation is precisely modeled to power the advanced AI and automation tools you deploy across the business. You'll Get To:
- - AI Application & Agent Architecture: Design, develop, and govern AI applications and agents utilizing Claude, Google ADK, and micro-MCPs. Deploy these solutions as standalone self-service tools for FP&A and Accounting, or embed them natively within existing financial applications to enhance user workflows.
- In-App Development & Engineering: Build custom applications, scripts, and intelligent features directly within NetSuite (SuiteScript) and Zuora. Solve complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC), billing, and revenue challenges by engineering solutions at the system level.
- Enterprise Orchestration: Architect robust cross-system automations using Workato to seamlessly connect NetSuite, Zuora, and other platforms, eliminating manual data movement and reconciliation.
- Semantic Data Modeling: Partner with Data Engineering to own the financial data models at the semantic layer (Snowflake, Sigma). Structure and optimize this data specifically to feed AI agents, dashboards, and automated applications.
- Security & SOX Compliance: Embed strict data governance and role-based access controls (RBAC) into every application, integration, and AI agent. Ensure all deployments strictly adhere to SOX compliance and internal security policies.
- Business Enablement: Act as a strategic technical partner to Finance leadership. Translate complex operational bottlenecks into scalable, automated technical capabilities.
What You'll Bring:
- - 7-14 years of progressive technical experience in systems engineering, application development, or automation architecture.
- Hands-on experience or highly demonstrated capability in building AI applications and agent-based solutions using large language models (Claude, Google ADK) and frameworks like MCP.
- Proven experience developing custom applications and automations natively within enterprise ERP and billing systems. NetSuite (SuiteScript) and Zuora development experience is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in data modeling at the semantic and reporting layers (Snowflake, Sigma), coupled with advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
- Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations and cross-system orchestrations, with a strong preference for Workato.
- Proven track record of designing systems within SOX compliance frameworks, including the implementation of RBAC and data governance standards.
- Solid functional understanding of complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) data schemas, accounting principles, financial close processes, and FP&A reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
